Comment

In Feburary of 1884, the U.S. Senate ordered for printing six thousand copies of the Journal of Committee of Fifteen on the Reconstruction of the southern Confederate States of the Civil War.  Only a few of those Journal copies ever made it into circulation.  This is a PDF File copy of one of those Journals.
