307 U.S. 433

Comment

For several years, the U.S. Supreme Court of the United States of America took jurisdiction and addressed questions that involved Constitutional Amendments, that is, until the case of Coleman v. Miller.  Upon the ruling of this case, all cases coming before the Federal Courts have been ruled as "Political Questions" especially when the Courts are presented with the question of ratification of the U.S. Constitution, 14th Amendment.

Highlighted within this PDF File is the pertinent section of the case that addresses the Political Question doctrine as it applies the the U.S. Constitution, 14th Amendment.
