For several years, the
U.S. Supreme Court of the United States of
America took jurisdiction and addressed questions that involved
Constitutional Amendments, that is, until the case of Coleman v. Miller.
Upon the ruling of this case, all cases coming before
the Federal Courts have been ruled as "Political Questions"
especially when the Courts are presented with the question
of ratification of the U.S. Constitution,
14th Amendment.
