Comment Although this case was brought before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, it was transferred by Judge Charles R. Richey to the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska as being filed in the wrong Court. With the transfer of this case, this Exhibit was also transferred to U.S. District Court Case No. J90-010-CV and that is why we are listing it as an Exhibit in that case. |
