IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

Case No. 90-1103

Court Order of June 11, 1990

Comment

This is the first case to be filed by Gordon Epperly challenging the ratification of the U.S. Constitution, 14th Amendment.  It was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in belief that it was the only Federal Court to have U.S. Constitution, Article III Judicial Powers.

This Court Order explains the Judicial Powers of the Federal Courts and rules that the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska is an U.S. Constitution, Article III Judicial Court.  This ruling comes  by the way of a "Writ of Error Coram Nobis" of the Plaintiffs.
