IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

Case No. 90-1103

Court Order of May 14, 1990

Comment

This is the first case to be filed by Gordon Epperly challenging the ratification of the U.S. Constitution, 14th Amendment.  It was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in belief that it was the only Federal Court to have U.S. Constitution, Article III Judicial Powers.

This Court Order transfers the case to the U.S.  District  Court for the District of Alaska.  As the Court Orders of this Court are self explanatory, there is no need to publish the Pleadings of the Plaintiffs or the Defendants.
